garfieldhouse I like the look of this run, but reckon the climbing sections and steps will be tricky. Being conservative with 1hr 2 mins, usually a decent time for this distance for me. The scenery looks picturesque too! UPDATE When I made the milage estimate, it was still the 12km circuit, llengthened to 8.2 Miles (about 13.2 km), so I was actually ahead of my predicted time-yay! Mishka Great event Very well organised and an interesting route which was all up and down with very little flat but nothing too challenging. The uneven canal path took a bit of getting used to after the nice smooth tarmac road of the first 3 miles though. Thankful for the long down hill to the finish.
