MAD Superman longest run after 5 weeks out with a knee injury - only 2 runs back into training so was pleased. Redhill Road Runners 35:43 38:05 41:56 62.96
CC2 Speedy Goth After a string of injuries swiftly followed by laryngitis there's no way I'll PB this, but it's in our club Grand Prix so i'll be there with bells on! UPDATE - nice course (except the slippery cobblestones) and perfect weather. Shame I wasn't in the kind of shape to run a decent time. I did better than I thought I would though. Fat Man Runs Really good race but the cobbles on the first lap did something to my leg which made me go a little slower than I was expecting. Lovely T Shirt though Unaffiliated 47:15 53:27 55:02 48.25
