Alun Good run around this hard off road course, kept in touch up Cardiac Hill and only began to fade over the 3 climbs in the last mile. Felt good, hence the 1 minute 40 improvement over last year. I'll be back next year. Medway & Maidstone AC 29:59 34:45 37:00 34:45 63.71
