AllyB 'bout time I got under 40.. really like this race... even if it has a few inclines it seems to have a lot of downhill bits as well which make for a fast course.. first 5k in 19.37, second 5k was a bit disappointing in 20.08 but still a sub 40 :-) Manchester Tri 38:35 39:46 39:46 66.49

RunningBob Well that was rubbish. Just over half way through Sutton 10k and suddenly my legs just went completely. Had to stop but after a few minutes on the side of the road I was persuaded to start again. Felt surprisingly OK and even speeded up towards the end. So ended up 2 x 5k with 3 minute recovery.
