tiger-turnbull not sure what to expect from this one apart from this sort of time. Knee has been sore for the last couple of weeks and is not going away so hoping to get around without any misshaps along the way. Then it is the coventry half in a month and i will rest it for a short while slightly quicker than expected even though the first mile was 9.5 min pace and the second wasn't much quicker and knee was not much of problem.
