Heva Considering my knee 'gave out' just before the 1k mark and I hobbled for at least 3k, Im quite pleased that my finish time was what it was. Didnt like the hills and am glad that it wasnt muddy! My previous 5k have always been 'Race for Life' so it was nice to do another course and this was a nice challenge. Would do it again! Unaffiliated 40:15 40:15 50:00 50:00 29.75
