Siamese Pete Lovely morning and a surprisingly pleasant run. Was great to meet John66, Rich K, Pammie and TraceyG, but a special word of thanks to Rich:). We ended up running most of the first 5K together which was fantastic since the demons were telling me to go and have a coffee between 3 and 4K, but Rich just being there was a real help and kept me going. TZ Brand-new course this year, and SO SO SO much nicer than the previous multi-lap versions. A little chilly, but an otherwise perfect day. The runaway horse (minus its jockey) was slightly surreal! A great memento (towel) was the pefect end to the day. I was 73rd last year, 14th this year with a big new PB.
