angryjames God, that was horrible. Took off too fast at the start, did the first 5k in 20:30, and was just dying for the rest of it. In fact, after about the first km I was feeling rotten - that decision to wear a waterproof jacket left me boiling alive. And my shoe came undone with 500 metres to go - not sure how I avoided falling over... Still a PB though :) Unaffiliated 43:05 43:05 43:05 61.28
