Triplet Dad Found this tough after 10 days of no running before last night. I ran the first lap in 7:15, which was bang on target for 14:30 prediction. Maybe went off a bit fast though as the second lap was much harder. First race of the series so a good marker to beat. Good to see Cluaran and Baza too.
