Alun Tried to run more steadily, aimed for 75 seconds per lap but took the bell on 76 seconds, fell further behind on the second lap despite pushing hard off of the final bend, crossed the line in third place in 2:35.8. Not particularly disappointed but should have been a much better time, not many more track races left but will concentrate on 1500m and 5000m instead. Medway & Maidstone AC 2:33 2:33 2:35.80 79.09
