Alun Non scoring race. Went out reasonably hard, through 300m in 61 seconds and gradually increased my pace each lap. Kicked hard off of the final bend to pick up another place before crossing the line in 05:14.8 for a near 7 seconds PB! There's still more in the tank! Medway & Maidstone AC 4:53 5:14 5:14 76.63
