Doonhamer X- Country @ Pollock Park. 4th Place ( 2nd team) Dissapointing run where i was feeling ill before the race with a sore throat and sinus pains . Ran the first of the 3 laps ok and was in second place but from there on was struggling badly and felt i was running on empty ,so i just jogged the rest of race and finished more than 2 minutes slower than last years time for the same course Linlithgow AAC 38:17 66.61
Fat Boy Finshed 9th / 55 runners. Really suffered due to tail end of cold virus. Three laps of 2 miles, went off relatively well on the first lap in 5th place, began tiring on the 2nd lap and fell to pieces on the 3rd. Carnegie Harriers 32:04 40:11 64.54
racheybabes Not sure what my time was but came in 4th (got 2nd feamle team prize woo hoo!!). It was 4 miles for us girlies. Unaffiliated 30:00 95.60
