hannkies Poor race. Running fine on the flat but when I got to a hill or muck I lost places all over the shop. Nothing in the legs and pretty much went through the motions in the 2nd half which wasn't a good sign as I'm fairly motivated at the moment. Road season starts now. daviec Good first half, lost a bit of focus in the second half, but happy enough with this as a good hard workout. Still felt a bit groggy\chesty from the cold but I don't think it affected my run.
