Baza 5th Nationals on the bounce now under my belt. Didn't feel I had a great run. Finished in 227th place. Still always good to compete at this event. Good support on parts off the course. Muddy in places, nearly lost a shoe at one point!! Here's to next year though Carnegie Harriers 46:52 50:35 63.36

purplehippo Best cross country course I've ever ran in a beautiful setting in Callander Park, some good hills, few real muddy bits, grass & trail & large turn out. Only down point was when I fell going up hill during the first loop, right in front of a crowd which included some club mates, shoutin Kilmarnock Harriers & AC 34:47 106.23
