wil e coyote Ran leg 6 in a time of 36.33. Held my position from handover of leg 5; although the guy behind from Giffnock had a go in the dieing 1/2 mile. About 40s down on my best for the long leg - but considering the volume I'm running currently for Mar prep reasonably pleased. Got a stitch @ 3.5mile. I never get these things and boy does it nip a bit. The team finished in 18th (from 81 entered) so the team was pleased with this finish as it's our best place fo a wee while.
