hannkies Pity. Over a minute slower than last year, a lot tougher conditions though. Thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it !! Still don't think I'm far away from where I was at about 6 months ago, so hopefully once we get back to the road races like this will stand me in good staed. Couldn't really motivate myself today. wil e coyote Bad choice, thought i was over cold, but when you push the accelerator and coughing and spluttering start you know it's not going to be your day, on the bright side it was good to run at bellahouston again.
