PeteNZ Very pleased with my time, considering the conditions and the fact that I have a slight cold. I wore a polyprop hat, gloves and a top under my race top - very glad I did. Started in the hail and encountered a strong polar wind and endured a couple more hail/sleet falls on the way. I was on course for a sub 3:30 hr up to the 32km mark but faded running into the strong wind over the last 7-8 km - my energy was drained. Time for the pub now!
