The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Once again a last minute decision to go. Had to try to run the pain of the previous days Fetch Mile out of my legs in the warm up. Not a big fan of multilap races. Started well but dropped about 25 secs per lap in laps 2 and 3. Legs never felt recovered. Tried to hang on to Ian and the Killie runner in front for laps 2&3 and managed to pass her coming off the last bridge but Ian was too far ahead. Could be better and will probably return next year to go under 30.00 Ride 63 30:17 30:17 30:17 64.23
