Runningmat Didn't feel great and disappointed didn't go quicker. Pleased with last mile 5:30. Organisation of race was brilliant! Macclesfield Harriers & AC 59:45 1:00:30 59:30 1:00:30 72.31
Mr BDR Very windy, which made the second half a bit tougher! I ran much better than I was expecting, and destroyed my PB from 3 years ago! My splits were: 7:30, 7:52, 7:25, 7:12, 7:26, 7:33, 7:35, 7:26, 7:04 & 7:00 Milton Keynes AC, Team Milton Keynes 1:09:59 1:14:01 1:17:30 1:14:01 59.11
Slow Going A really enjoyable race. I think if I'd really wanted to go sub 1:13, I should have been less flippant on Saturday.

Huge apologies to whoever said UKnetrunner 1:14:23 1:14:23 1:12:30 1:14:23 59.21

KatieB I am so happy with this, it must have been the most I've pushed myself in a race. The hills were not really a problem, but the wind was tough between 5 and 7 miles. Great to see No8 as he directed traffic and saved runners lives. Thanks to Slow Going who gave me a lift to the race and did his best to calm me down at the start. Lovely to meet Return to Bletchley, MRF (again), Duncy and Brooks. Sorry I couldn't speak to Duncy as he cruised past me looking way to comfortable. And the lovely Lakes, apparently a new member of this site. Great organisation and a proper pb course for me. :-)

Splits: 7:37, 7:51, 7:50, 7:38, 7:50, 7:48, 8:12, 7:55, 8:02, 7:21.

Paulie A pleasant run, and a very well organised race. But I should have tried harder, rather than looking at the scenery, so I punished myself afterwards with four laps of the rugby pitches. Trail Running Association, LDWA 1:09:23 1:17:44 1:26:58 53.26
Lakes 4th time I've done this race and I enjoy it every time, not least because I get a hug from one of the lovely water station assistants. Pleased with my time as it was only a minute or so off my pb. Was good to meet in person some of those who I've been in contact with via the various websites and forums. Bananaman, glad I helped over the last couple of miles. Katieb, thank you for those kind words, you've made me blush.

Hope to be able to cheer those of you who are doing the Oakley 20. Katieb and I are at the same marshal point. Good luck. Bedford Harriers AC, Rushden Runners 1:27:32 1:28:07 1:29:58 51.90

Tracey G Very pleased with myself, 7 seconds of my pb, but that race was flat. Just think, without that wind how much faster we would have all been. Well done everyone. Harwich Runners 1:41:27 1:41:52 1:45:30 48.40
Mooey Really enjoyed this race. My first 10 miler. Very happy :o) Unaffiliated 1:58:19 1:58:19 1:58:19 42.63
