A small lap of the park lake followed by 2 larger laps of the park perimeter , mostly on grass around the playing fields , with short sections on tarmac paths . Basically a XC course that be quite muddy if it has rained

2 multi terrain laps around park, lake & adjacent disused golf course. Tarmac paths in park, rest of course on grass. Cafe & toilet block in park.

Running a winter course today to avoid the very boggy part of the course. Frozen solid grass so easier than normal. The tarmac sections had been well gritted. Toilets currently been refurbished.

My second time at Sandall Park, it was called Doncaster last time I did it. Lots of parking. There seem to be different routes, today we did a winter route. It was 2x round a lake, then 2x round fields. Defo needed trail shoes today. Cafe good.
