northernrunner first time iv race this race since they changed the course. been struggling with running the last few days but turned out ok today but was a bit tough in places especially by lap 3. Blackhill Bounders 34:22 35:25 37:36 37:00 71.59
pmd Much hillier than I expected, a well organised and enjoyable race!!! Pleased to have run 80 seconds quicker than in my last 10k race in August even if I did just miss out on a PB!!! Stourbridge RC 36:57 37:05 36:30 37:05 71.30
