RFJ Yes thats now 2 days without an IBS attack on the run.... even more a good issue as did the 30k option at salisbury 54321 today with no issues other than a Pee stop and the obligatory fall... 30k is not 30k in Wiltshire its 19.39m.... hey ho not bothered as wanted at least 20m today, so a 1m warm up then into the race, a geat race, well organised. Aim was not to race and stick around the ave of 8:15s, finished with 8:13s so quite happy, felt good most the way round, but did fall at 12m on a bit of wet mud, that wasn't the issue it was the tree route at the end of the wet mud that made me go A over T... but as im bouncable, there was no damage. was at this point running with 2 others that I ran with for about 12m of the race, which certainly helped Would recomend the race to anyone, a good hilly, run on a mixed terrain. Lovely Wonder how much I will ache in the morning... 64.14m for the week and feeling strong and good at the present time, long may this continue, oh BTW finish time was 2:39:09 for 19:39m Swindon Striders 2:39:09 2:39:09 2:40:00 2:39:09 56.08
