UltraDunc After the earlier race was not sure what was gonna happen , even though I pushed hard did not feel as fast . So surprise surpise and a PB again . It must have been meeting Tomas Abyou that inspired me . Salford Metropolitan AC 19:53 20:14 23:00 22:10 65.06
