Fitz Damned hot today. Within 2 miles I knew my target was unrealistic. Too much heat, too much boozing, not enough sleep. So I ran to feel and treated it as a training run. deevicpark Way too hot for me, mile markers missing didn't help pace and my runkeeper lost me at mile nine. Switch backs at Olympic park were soul destroying..
