magsd36 Decided doing spining and body pump the day before was not the best of plans.  Bike time would have been better if I could have got gears to work !! Lucky for me the bike I had borrowed was so light it flew on the downhill sections.

Mr J Swim time included transition and that was very slow!!! Bike was shorter than I thought but the main hill made me slow down far too much. Had little left for the run and a quite a slow 5km time.
