R.I.C.O. Far too windy to run under an hour, and my back was playing up a little. I did'nt die as much in the second half as others, but still thought that I ran a poor race (despite a PB). Centurion RC 59:16 59:16 1:01:42 70.91

Boots Really good run today. Possibly one of the best road races I've had. Once I'd pulled away from Critchlow after 5miles I relaxed and felt more in control. Wasn't sure throughout the first lap how he was feeling as he seemed really relaxed. We worked well together though and went through halfway in 27:08. flanker want to use it as pacing practice for St Neotts. So hoping to run even 7:47s and find that it doesn't kill me. Runningheva Hope to clock about 80 mins this year. Looks as if it will be the same course as last year. The road repairs near the visitor centre have been postponed till early next year. pussy cat not my best run at all. Undulating course hampered by very strong winds blowing across the reservoir. Suffered between miles 7 and 8.5 which drained me.
