Boingy Fingers crossed I can do this. First 10m race so no PB to aim for, but hoping to 7min/mile. *** Very happy with that. Target pace on a VERY windy day. Leamington C & AC 1:07:15 1:10:09 1:10:00 1:10:09 63.61
Boots Really good run today. Possibly one of the best road races I've had. Once I'd pulled away from Critchlow after 5miles I relaxed and felt more in control. Wasn't sure throughout the first lap how he was feeling as he seemed really relaxed. We worked well together though and went through halfway in 27:08. I expected to blow up, but it never came and I did the 2nd half quicker in 27:03. Coventry Godiva Harriers 54:11 54:11 55:00 54:11 81.21

flanker want to use it as pacing practice for St Neotts. So hoping to run even 7:47s and find that it doesn't kill me. And if I do so, it will be a 10M PB :)
UPDATE: Bang on target pace and a 3 min PB on a day with strong headwinds. Very happy with the day's work :) Todmorden Harriers & AC, Trail Running Association, Fell Runners Association, LDWA 1:14:48 1:17:45 1:18:00 1:17:45 57.67

kayos This was a great race. Sam and I ended up running with a lass we met who kept a similiar pace. Really enjoyed it and lovely views at Draycote :o) Triathlon England, Leicester Triathlon Club 1:37:28 1:37:28 2:00:00 1:37:28 47.28

pussy cat not my best run at all. Undulating course hampered by very strong winds blowing across the reservoir. Suffered between miles 7 and 8.5 which drained me. Coffee and pumpkin cake after was the best ever :-)
(anyone doing this next year - no showers or changing facilities and only 2 loos!!!) Northbrook AC 1:14:58 1:20:40 1:20:00 1:20:40 68.75
R.I.C.O. Far too windy to run under an hour, and my back was playing up a little. I did'nt die as much in the second half as others, but still thought that I ran a poor race (despite a PB). Centurion RC 59:16 59:16 1:01:42 71.31

Runningheva Hope to clock about 80 mins this year. Looks as if it will be the same course as last year. The road repairs near the visitor centre have been postponed till early next year. Could be wet on the diversion up Alpaca Hill as it was flooded under the bridge the other day. Rugby & Northampton AC 1:15:36 1:20:45 1:19:59 1:20:45 73.92

The Husky ran steady for 6 or 7 miles then pushed on in the last 3 miles + still suffering a bit from the aftereffects of a heavy cold.
