lanamay Started off really well. Stitch came on at about mile 3 for about 3 miles, eased off for a couple of miles but then came back for at least another mile. Never stopped just jabbed drinks bottle into my side where stitch was and slowed right down. Felt good from 11 miles onwards and didn't find the hills so demanding this year. Hanvet was going great til the last mile or two when my hip started pulling, which i could cope with, but then my knee started up too so thought i'd better take it easy for the last bit.
