About this parkrun
Lovely park right next to Salts Mill , unusual but interesting course with 2 smaller double lap sections , sounded complicated when described in the run brief but straight forward enough on the run . Mostly on paths with a short grass sectionwAckie Racer 23rd Oct 2021
Lovely location, very varied route with wide and narrow paths and very narrow section to negotiate. Parking easy but only 1 toilet available as cafe wouldn't let us in.

A friendly welcoming parkrun in a beautiful park, a complicated sounding route is actually really easy to follow on a mixture of surfaces

The winter route consists of 3 quite straightforward laps on quite good paths in a lovely park. There's one narrow gateway and an uphill narrow passageway (snicket) section which can cause some bunching.
