Matt the Brum Great race. Spent most of the race in third but worked the last 5 miles with 2nd place to catch the leader. Went past him and had a sprint finish for the line. Just about kept going and crossed the line first. Stourbridge RC 1:56:30 2:02:59 2:02:59 74.13
Colinzealuk Great race, superb marshalls - all supportive to the last - and a great place to run. Only complaint was the length of time to the awards - understandable that people need to finish first, but rather than messing around for ages it'd be nice if a time could be put in the programme so we can sit in the pub rather than on the floor in the sports hall instead!

Race went well... deliberately slow(ish) - aiming to run roughly 7:30 min miles, given the hill between miles 3 and 6, a 1:14:20 split for the first 10 miles was great and under 1:13 for the second 10 despite running into the wind and a loo break was probably even better. Overtook plenty of people in the last three miles - hi again if I came past - and felt I could have gone on without too many problems. Looking good for London :o) Barnet & District AC, Watford Harriers AC 2:14:38 2:27:42 2:40:00 2:27:42 61.72
Running Fish third time doing this race, and by far the easiest conditions. tailwind up the hill meant it was much easier to keep an even pace. fantastic race in terms of organisation and course. worth the effort to get there. Unaffiliated 2:23:39 2:30:13 2:30:13 63.06

Cleo Watch time. Gosh it was cold and the headwind from 15 1/2 didn't help much either. But it was still a great race. Pembrokeshire Harriers AAC 2:59:41 3:03:01 2:59:59 3:03:01 57.08

I love this race...every year I swear I'll beat 3 hours, every year I get nowhere near it. Terrific organisation, wonderful scenery, please turn the wind off for next year... Pirate Ship Of Fools 2:42:37 3:01:07 3:18:32 47.36
