bedlam_g A Rouken Glen mudfest. Good run but settled a bit on the 4th lap and lost a few places at the end. Silver medal for 2nd V40 behind Bobby Quin. Bellahouston Road Runners, Cumbernauld AAC, Kilmarnock Harriers & AC, Scottish Veteran Harriers Club 58:59 1:03:34 33:38 78.63

Kenyan John The course was very muddy, in some sections more like a mud loch. It was certainly underdistance, probably between 5.3 and 5.4 miles. Many runners took the longer distance to avoid the said mud lochs. The 4 lap course was well stewarded and we got a T shirt at the end. Bellahouston Harriers did very well finishing 2 teams- I missed out on the Bellahouston Harriers 45:07 70.68
