AlanO 3 Lap course - Splits 12.40, 13.18, 13.16. Too quick in 1st lap and struggled in last lap because of it. Happy overall however and best race for a while. Cracking true Cross Country course and it took me 10mins to get the muck out of every nook and cranny in the shower. Greenock Glenpark Harriers 39:13 39:13 39:00 39:13 44.00
