mawngyguy Heading down to the big smoke to challenge a soon to be ex rugby player and get him hooked into running. :-) There will also be beer! Update: So the rugby lock did it in 48 odd min and left me in the dust :-o Rats! It was a good course though, may have to make this an annual trip south maybe. Mr UE Enjoyed the race more than last year when I pulled a hammy at 4k and spent the next 45 mins in a ST.Johns following the backmarkers but..........couldn't fnd a rhythm this year, pace was all over teh shop and it was more undulating than i remember from last year...had had a tough day at work as well so think they played a little bit with my mental focus...so all things considered finished strong and okish time Unaffiliated 40:27 41:26 43:49 62.08
