Delayed start meant that I had to have a pee stop at 4 miles and bit of a climb at 6/7 impacted. Heelandcoo Know this is a fast one. Should be fit from the marathon training so who knows!*Very happy with my time. Raced a few people along the way which helped keep my speed up. bigwhite route and elevation profile on web site. New course, a loop !!!! quite flat Legs still recovering fro Edinburgh Well not sure if I enjoyed that. Start delayed by almost 15 mins, serious bottle neck at the start, took a while to get a good run going. Dodging in and out for the first mile. Legs started to go at 10 mile. All said and done not too disappointed with my time. Rigel OMG! 16 minute PB! was aiming for sub 1:55 and hoping for sub 1:52 but managed to blitz even the time Ian had set for me (1:49), though was running on absolute empty by mile 11.
