Ed from Langport Altitiude is about 1750ft, so a sub 41 is worth a 40:33 at sea level. 17/08/2008 Absolute hell, the hardest race I've ever done. The temperature was 80F, no breeze, humid and the hills never seemed to end. Went through 1K in 03:45, 2K in 09:45, 4K in 17:20, 5K in 23:30, 6K in c. 28:55 and 8K in c. 39:50. The hardest of the hills were on the fifth kilometer, which took 6:10. Langport Runners 40:49 43:21 41:00 48:25 54.55
