About this parkrun
Meet at the bandstand of this pretty little park in Romford with lakes and waterbirds. Three laps on tarmac with a minor incline and fast descent each lap, otherwise flat. Pb potential, especially for parkrunners used to grass and trail.andrew66 12th Jan 2019

Nice park multi lapped with a small car park. Some undulation but worth a trip.
Hills of Death (HOD) 30th Jan 2020
All tarmac 2 long laps, 1 short lap. A few small hills.
Very pretty.
