paul the builder Ran this last year. PB will depend on what time I set in Carrick which is 3 weeks before this...update - Carrick was a pretty good 44:39. Still hope to get a small improvement here though... UPDATE - this went really well. Steady first 5k in 22:00, and hoping to just nick under 44:00, but a real strong finish (last 1000m in 3:35 - ok, it was quite downhill, but still...) saw the line in 43:07, which I'm really pleased with. 5m20s better thn same race last year. And in case anyone wants to read about something that isn't me - this is a lovely little course, country paths for the first 6k in and out of trees, alongside rivers, through farms. Then a flat 3k along a road, followed by a downhill blast for the last 1km. Beanie hat for a freebie, which makes a nice change from another T-shirt, too. Larne AC 37:49 43:07 44:30 43:07 61.79
