DANBERT I really like this course. It goes out, on the Outwood Trail (the old railway line) and takes in an undulating loop of Hurst Woods. I was over 30 seconds quicker than last year which is great, but i've got to start listening to the 'hold back' voice in my head a little more, as i went off far too quickly and was afraid i'd blow up on the way home. My legs felt good, it was actually my breathing that was the issue. Chuffed to bits though. PS - The course has been measured at 5.23 miles Rochdale Harriers & AC 32:44 34:24 35:00 34:42 65.31
