Em Quicker than last year but messed my watch up as the gun went off!! So maybe not as acurate as could be but better than last year. Hot out there today and legs felt tired as not done anything all week since Plymouth. 1k was to soon so not sure how correct split are as I could never run a sub 4 min k, I dont think its a measured 5k either so possible next 5k wont be as good. The Plodder Very hard to race this as I spent the first 2km or so dodging around joggers and even walkers. Pleased with my time though. Victory AC 25:17 25:17 25:17 59.87
