PSC Great race, brilliantly organised and marshalled. Glad to hear this has PB potential - this was my first 10k race, but I will be back in future years. For the record... The first 1k sorted out the few runners who started in the wrong place and the pace settled. Good to see OH and son (Bobo and PSC Junior) at the 1k marker and knowing that I would see them again at 3.5k. A smile and wave for the camera and off again. The course is fairly flat, and the first 4 ks fly by at 4:53, 4:50, 4:49, 4:50 then up a long hill towards the drinks station. All the way up the hill with Pirate Ship Of Fools 48:46 48:46 55:00 48:46 57.72
