SPKoF great run spoilt by the no-neck body builder idiot that intentionally blocked me in behind 2 slower runners, wouldn't move over when I used my hand to signal I wanted to move across then ankle tapped me when I went regardless of him not moving over. Afterwards the prat came over and warned me if I 'cut HIM up again he'd ensure I was on the floor' Maybe if he's that desperate to beat people he should train more rather than try to trip people up? I feel batter now. Despite that very happy with a massive 45 second PB. Met PPB and Dee who were both very nice and had a nice beer after. At least there was no snow like last year.
