oldbirdhead Really pleased that I achieved my target! My hamstring started to ache at 1.5km and I expected it to get worse but luckily it remained a dull pain until the last km after which it really started to hurt. Splits=3.22,3.48,3.47,3.42,3.47,3.48. Without the pain I think I would have done sub 18.Now though I can't walk :( Winchester & District AC 17:58 18:28 18:30 18:28 70.03
