RYAN_M I was initally going to take part in the 2x5 Mile Relay race as I've got Cookstown Half Marathon on 24th July 2009 but ended up doing the 10 Mile race. Treated the race as more of a Tempo run as opposed to a proper race. Aimed to come in just under the hour which I did, Job done!! 9th Place Overall. Larne AC 56:14 59:11 59:59 59:11 73.92
