RununMan Will use as a training run only. I've not done any training for 10k and I plan a 16 miler on Sat ... so i'll be well pleased if i can PB. Hope it's not windy!! UPDATE - A PB ... but I was robbed, sure i went under 36 but apparantly not. Spent most of the race trying to catch nochickenstrip 'without success'!! Great weather and good t-shirt at end.
