Baron What a quick start from everyone, I don't understand this as many were gasping for air after 800m. Had to play catch-up throughout. My progress was restricted somewhat by the headwind on the way back. Got annoyed by people running zig-zags in front of me to avoid the sand, when I was trying to overtake. Marigold First real 5k race, based on 10k PB was looking for around 16:30. Got 16:36 ( 2nd place) which was quite happy with considering the wind on the way back.
