AntClark Just recovering from Injury might struggle to get a PB as training is only just starting to increase. race number 700 **UPDATE** Watch time 42:27 just outside a PB awaiting official result. Ran with knee support for ITB injury and getting over a cold so was not expecting to run so well. hunterway Hoping for another pb but arrive back from spain in the morning then straight to the race.should have a nice tan though, will be training on the beach every morning in spain,good way to shake off the hangovers lol Well that was really tough for me after getting back in the morning from spain ran with a headache and feeling quite sick at the last 600mts but at least i managed to finish it lol. MacDaz Really chuffed with this. After no running for 2 weeks and little for a month, plus an extra 5lbs courtesy of my holiday this was never going to be a pb. I ran really easy at the start and then picked up after halfway and this was the result. Course best and my second fastest 10k. But as ever thinking of what could have been, the weather was perfect and I could have done better! ;-) Unaffiliated 43:42 43:42 45:19 59.31
