Southampton Tony That was the hilliest cross-country race I've ever done, there was a total of over 150m vertical climb each lap (like running up the stairs of a 50 storey building each lap). Well done to all the winners! A fabulous course and well marshalled and organised. The evening bash wasn't bad either. Official distance in the end was 11.4km for the men, or 7.05 miles if you prefer. Lordshill Road Runners 58:00 55.89
