Cavey Well that was a strange race, not because of the course or anything, I just felt awful for the first 5k and thought I'd struggle to go sub 50, let alone PB. But the second half felt great despite it probably being harder, with the last 2k mosly uphill. Really please with the time as I was hoping for sub 48, so to go sub 47 was a surprise. I think i'll just go and enjoy Bolsover now. I have just seen that I finished 380th out of 1287, so well happy with that!! Handsworth Roadhogs RC 42:18 46:49 46:49 56.39
