Cavey Well that was a strange race, not because of the course or anything, I just felt awful for the first 5k and thought I'd struggle to go sub 50, let alone PB. But the second half felt great despite it probably being harder, with the last 2k mosly uphill. Really please with the time as I was hoping for sub 48, so to go sub 47 was a surprise. Sombrero-ho-ho-ho I haven't got official time yet - may have sneaked under 46. My best 10K time for years and years!! (HMMM, chip time 46-23, not convinced about that!!)
