felixs Quite hard going as sticky. Fifth lady, ran out of steam as tried to run without breakfast and just sports drink to see how it felt,stupid person!. May go to intercounties as lot's of kind offers of lifts/childcare. Unaffiliated 27:13 71.94
Rach E Really want a top 6 finish to get automatic qualification for intercounties. Just hope health holds out. ***UPDATE*** Got county bronze so off to intercounties. Very happy as didn't need to run *completely* flat out and felt a lot better than last week when we ran a shorter route over the same course. Pleased as my health, whilst not perfect, held out just about ok. This course is bloody tough though and I dread to think what my minute mile pace is when I type it up into my training log!!
